This is heccin rare!
This Ivory Rectangular Paddle Switch was invented by Robert E. V. Ramsing and Francis K. Bourhenne. The patent got accepted in 1967 and production started. Sadly production was cut short when Sola Basic Industries bought them out and discontinued this along with four items: Mercury Switches, Triplexes, Rectangular Grounded Receptacles (Pre-Decora), and Grounded Triplexes. Grounded Triplexes and the Rectangular Grounded Duplex were what Leviton based their Decora designa on in the 70's :D.

Interesting to hear that, decora didn't get popular until the 90s it seems, so I didn't know it went as far back as that

Leviton also had decorator line in 1960s called Centura. It didn't fit a decora size plate opening though. Plus there was Slater with a decora line in 70s under the Medalist line.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

Slater actually based their Decora line from Sierra in 1970 using it as a reference for a few of their patents. Leviton after they were done with the Centura Line based their Decora design off of Sierra's Decora design.

I know info for switches and receptacles from the 60's or before. I stopped collecting lights.
