I picked this up today at the transfer station as I was dropping off a couple burnt out tubes. I was happy to see it works when I got it home. Any idea as to age?

The Bucyrus plant, where this was manufactured, was the last GE fluorescent plant to use an outside etch starting in 1978. Therefore, this lamp was manufactured between 1978-82 when the Mainlighter name was dropped. Unfortunately, the year marking is not present so I could not give an exact year.

Preheat and T-12 fluorescents forever! Down with LED's and instant start T-8 fluorescents.
