Philips SON-T 100W China, inside the AEG Koffer 70, near my mother home

Yesterday, I've seen that the strong winds opened the bowl of the AEG Koffer 70 near my mother home. So I decided to capture the lamp.
The lamp is Philips SON-T 100W China, and at turning on, it takes a lot of time to get an orange color compared to the HPS lamps inside the Thorn/Europhane Pilote T1 in the street, which some of them have 100W HPS lamps as well.
Why?
