Nice save! Too bad it's burnt out. Made January of some year in between 1981-1984.

Power provider: Southern California Edison (SCE)

-Date decoder of some US lamps 1960-present.
-Switch and receptacle collector.
-I'll save any vintage lamp! Smiley

I don't know if it's bunrt out... Both the filaments have continuity.... But there is a pretty dark spot at the end and there is a hole burnt in the phosphor...

Do you think it still works? It still has continuity on both filaments... I'm thinking of testing it with a 100 watt HPS ballast.

No, I don’t but Westinghouse Fluorescent bulbs have Ben known to hang on in spite of heavy end blackening,
She might fire up ok or this blackened end would simply glow orange,

Nothing collectable about a burned out light.

The more you hate the LED movement, the stronger it becomes.

That's how I feel generally. But I don't even know if this one's burnt out completely yet. Haven't tested it.
