Looks like clear MV lamps.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

No idea on the brand, though a clear picture of the lights might help someone else ID them. Glad to see these are in use. Haven't seen any indoor MV since I was a kid, and those were phosphored lamps. These appear to be clear, unless the phosphors are worn. They look pretty unique for sure. I like how they've got refractors with a large reflector around them.

Please check out my newly-updated website! McCann Lighting Company is where my street light collection is displayed in detail.

These could also be color shifted and very depreciated MH.

Your mission - should you choose to accept it - is to save unique and rare HID lighting before it's all scrapped.

Yeah, I can almost guarantee that if you were to look inside you would find that the fixtures at least have metal halide ballasts.

Any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough.
