This is an Eye Lighting 400w mercury vapor high bay light. i saved it from scrap about a year ago, and its been in my attic where i have stored it for a year. i got it down and im trying to make it somewhat useable. I took it apart and am going to clean it up. i put an eye bolt on it because the origional hanger was gone when i got it. it needs a new bulb, as the origional GE is got a black ish arc tube and the starting resistor is broken. it worked when i got it, i powered it up once when i got it, and the second time i tried it didnt work, so im assuming thats because broken resistor. ill post more soon after i clean it up and possibly get a new bulb.
