The T12s run at a higher current and lower voltage than the T8s. In these fixtures, they are being overdriven and the voltage may be causing the double flash pattern that results in the flicker.

Gotta love the 60 hertz flicker from HPF rapid start ballasts.

Interests:
1. Motorcycles, cars, Women, and Lighting (especially fluorescent)
2. Weightlifting/staying extremely athletic
3. Severe Thunderstorms of all kinds
4. Food and drinks. So gimme them bbq ribs
