Switched on at the same time, who will win?

Will the SOX light up at full power with a Fl balast? I think I should get me a SOX 18 Watt lamp also.

It does warm up to full power with pure yellow light, takes about 5 minutes though. I read on here somewhere that the 18w FL ballast is a good match for 18w SOX.

I've seen in some videos of L_V that when cold starting SOX lamps with glow starters, they flashing like switchstart fluorescents, and when hot restriking them with the same starters, they starting flicker free much like SON-I lamps. Why?

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.
