There are several suspicious lines in the spectrum of my Odyssea MHQ-T 70W 6500K aquarium MH lamp I brought at Aliexpress. They are all marked.
There are several lines in the deep red, red and orange-red. And at the deep blue, there is a self-reversed line, that is narrow during run-up of the lamp, but gets broadened self-reversed as the lamp reaches full output.

What are these lines?

Update: Based on light*plus research , and my better spectrum of my Sylvania HSI-TD 70W/D , looks like it have Dy-Tl-Cs + sodium as an impurity from the quartz, and that the dysprosium pressure and density here in very low, compared to Osram and Sylvania daylight rare-earths MH lamps, with the additional absence of Holmium and Thulium, which results in a 6500K color.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.
