I actually like these LED panels and this type seems to be reliable and a standard design so it can be easily swapped out if bad. One thing I really hate about LED fixtures in large installations, if something fails, you may never find that exact fixture design again, so you have to either have a mismatch of fixtures or replace every single one if one fails. So it's probably good to buy a few extra as spares, though they will undoubtedly be brighter than the older ones when they need to be put into service...
