My Odyssea MHQ-T 70W 6500K suddenly glowing continuously in starting mode

My Odyssea MHQ-T 70W 6500K suddenly glowing continuously in starting mode

I wanted to turn on my tracklight, only to see that the ignitor in the electronic ballast continuously trying to start the lamp unsuccessfully.
The lamp have no visible damage and no arctube blackening. The blackening you see is from mercury being condensed on the arctube wall.
Why this is happening?

Update: I think that the reason for this lamp to fail like this, is a hydrogen impurity in the arctube. The presence of hydrogen in the arctube, rises the striking voltage, so the lamp can't start, and this lamp probably don't have a hydrogen getter.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

Yes, hydrogen poisoning is a very usable cause...Chinese are notorious for "cutting corners" (like not placing a hydrogen sorbing getter in the outer bulb)...so this may not even be ADL, but some "backyard" outfit....but that's the risk with stuff off Ali-Express.

Try to stick to E-Bay, you have far more "comeback" of products fail prematurely.

Manufactured articles should be made to be used, not made to be sold!
