Does it not have a MV bulb of 250 watt? It looks as the larger version of the ROV.

I don't know, I took the picture out a car. MV is still very common in France, I think they might have a 'lamp problem' with the MV ban in 2015

Yes, you can see a lot of MV in small towns and village here.
Lot of them start to install some news lanterns in HPS and sometimes in CMH. But all dont have money for a new street light and i don't know the issue of this.
Certainly that many municipalities will buy a big stock of MV lamps before 2015!
And see that so old installations disappear it is very it's a pity!
