Ooo, 8th gen. My PC has a 5th gen Pentium (I built it in January of 2015 iirc). I really need an upgrade lol. I'd like to get myself something with a 9th gen and a much better GPU so I can do more gaming.

I used a 486 before, but it was already really old. lol

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

Nice one but not that what I remember.
IIRC the Pentium MMX advert (at least here in Europe) was with two astronauts in white space suits. Couldn't find a picture on the internet - it was in 1996 when the network was in its beginnings.

Maybe it was a scene from this video.

@rjluna2:
I remember the Pentium II. I built my parents a Celeron from that era, which takes the same motherboard

@Cole D:
I have a 486. At one time I used one of those as my primary internet PC (dial-up modem & all that ahh the good old days)

Awesome find Robert! Had always liked the Intel pentium 3 ad that featured the blue man group.

That sign brings me memories back, when I approached IT as a child in 1996... I still don't know if I have to bless or to damn that moment

I have some computers in my retrocomputing collection with that sticker on them

Gimme a discharge lamp and a humming ballast Grin
