An SRS ballast won't be able to start this lamp. I've seen EOL 2Ds on switchstart in the past, and they extingushed each time the starter made a pulse (Just like EOL retrofit T8s), instead of rectify and trigger the starter (Like EOL T12), which means that they have a higher starting voltage like PL-S, PL-C and PL-T.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

If its that rare??? why are you over loading it, anyway these turn up at Wimbledon Bootsale from time to time.

Interested in the history of electric lighting and incandescent in particular and neon glow lamps.
