Bedroom Light with new lamps

Bedroom Light with new lamps

Originally when 1st installed back in the late 80's this had a pair of 2xF40 magnetic LPF RS ballasts.
At some point along the line I replaced those with 2xF40 electronic RS (after blowing one of the originals)

Back a couple weeks ago I upgraded to 2xF32 dimmable, and also added a lightswitch so the inner/outer lamps are now separate (image of switches is here )
Still using F40 lamps though since they work fine.

I've gone through a variety of lamp colors over the years .. before this I had 4 red's (which were pretty much useless for anything other than being decorative).
Current lamps you see are Sylvania - 'Incandescent Fluorescent' & 'Cool Green'

I purposely left the cover off for the pic so the lamps could be seen.

Thanks guys. I quite like this color combo.

The CG has a pretty nice relaxing effect when on dimmed down at night.
(haven't tried the same with the IF yet)

Cool!

Don't be fooLED, T8 IS the worst thing to do to a magnetic T12 fixture.
