Supreme ExtraLife 40w

A pack of 'Supreme ExtraLife' 40w incandescents.
3 in the box were what's shown here, the 4th was a GE Reveal.
Got a couple weekends at a ReStore for $1 (well $.75 actually since they had everything 25% off)

The box "looks old" with the design they used, but I think they're pretty modern lamps

11,700h is pretty damn impressive for a incandescent (if its true). Most long life bulb here is Scandinavia are rated for something like 5000h.

Made in Sweden

This is a 130V lamp, hence the long life.

Made for Supreme Extralife by Polamp Pabajice in Poland during the mid to late 1990s. I bought some new back then.

May all the great lighting technologies have their place in history.

Thanks Silverliner, I just updated the photo with that info

@Edmund Ironside:
Yep that's a pretty impressive lifespan for an incandescent...but like dor123 said, it is a 130v lamp running on 120v, so that'll increase the life (I frequently get something a bit over 120v, so its actually good being a slightly higher rated lamp)
I had tried some of the modern GE '40w equivalent' halogens, and was not at all impressed with the lifespan.

Colored Fluorescent's such as F40T12 Red or  Green or Blue are awesome...
