Help needed for UV output in Philips CMH lamps

Help needed for UV output in Philips CMH lamps

Click to view full size image

I have here a screenshot of a section of this page concerning a Philips CDM Elite lamp. I have one on order from eBay, and plan to use it in a table lamp. I would like to know if anyone of you knows what the UV damage rating of 0.13- means, as well as other UV characteristics as noted on this website. I really doubt there will be any real danger as the lamp is (a) protected against mechanical failure (independent of UV danger, though) and (b) the amount of UVA emitted is quite low and (c) the amount of UVB and UVC is zero. I would be grateful of any help you can provide. Thanks.
