90's Philips TL-D58W/83 tube with nice end striping, how this will occur??

I was maintaining the lighing in our Kringloopwinkel and found these tubes with a nice green stripe.I knwe from the past with the older 83 clours it became a red stripe. How this will happen?? Is it something to do with airflow?? Not all tubes will have same stripe...
