A Metalux 2xF96T12 strip light and some Hyperikon 6000K LED tubes light this area. The orange glow to the right is a Norelco yard blaster and 150w Sylvania UnaLux acting as a sunlight supplement in the attached greenhouse. The 6000K and 2000K mixture does some very interesting things to one's eyes!

I know, they're LED...but since this area isn't heated the LED tubes really were an improvement. I had put these in this fixture prior to being able to even find F96T12 lamps locally. (I since found some Philips Alto F96T12/DX on Amazon for other fixtures, but they don't like cold at all, even being 75w).

In the corner you can also see a 150w quartz halogen work light up in the corner. I hate those things, but found two that came with the house, put lamps in them and they worked. As soon as a bad bulb welds itself to the socket, the whole thing will go straight to the trash can. :)

Great project. I’d use 300w incandescent bulbs though, they’d keep me warm.

May all the great lighting technologies have their place in history.

There's a thought actually, for additional heat!
