F8T5 Desk Lamp

F8T5 Desk Lamp

Recent find. It takes an F8T5 and has a GE potted choke in the base which only lists an 8 watt lamp. It came with what looks like its original GE white lamp which still works but it isn't that bright and doesn't have much life left it in. It was replaced with a Philips soft white lamp. It has an interesting toggle style manual preheat switch.

Not sure I've ever seen a T5 8 watt desk lamp... can you post a picture of the bulbs lit in it? (As well as the switch) I do believe
you when you say this is an F8T5 desk lamp, but from the pic it almost looks like an F15T8 desk lamp! lol

2. Weightlifting/staying extremely athletic
3. Severe Thunderstorms of all kinds
4. Food and drinks. So gimme them bbq ribs

obvious that it uses 6 watt T5's. What ballast is in that??

It has two separate chokes with three wires going to the lamp.
