Hungary-made GE 100w Mercury lamps

Hungary-made GE 100w Mercury lamps

These are from back when GE took pride in their mercury vapor lamps (or any HID now for that matter). I was lucky to come across a couple cases of these NOS 100w ED17 lamps from the early 2000's. The phosphor coat on these is of high quality and doesnt fade out like the chinese DX's of today. I would put these right up there with EYE Iwasaki in term of quality, performance, and reliability.

One of these will be going into use immediately in a friend's front yard post light, and will be a huge improvement in color over the chinese westinghouse he has in there now

No way...they misspelled "intensity" on the box!

I like my lamps thick, my ballasts heavy, and my fixtures tough.
