From one of the boxes of fixture parts at last week’s estate sale. The 3 and 4 socket versions are very tough to obtain off eBay without having to drop big $$$ or likely get outbidded on. With brass dome and porcelain base and an early take on the common bake lite and plastic more modern twin socket adapters. With patent dates of 3-3-1903 and 5-17-1904 and made possibly later up to 1920s. 660w-250v maximum.

Nice Dennis.

I don't know if you saw Benjamin Double Light Sockets that was used on my late maternal Grandfather when he was a teenager on his school project.

Pretty, please no more Chinese failure.

Benjamin made some very good products both here and across the pond, they made valve holder with sprung holder to reduce micromic sound being produced by the tube picking up viberations excuse spelling I know its bad...LOL

Interested in the history of electric lighting and incandescent in particular and neon glow lamps.

Thanks Peter, I didn’t think Benjamin had another plant across the pond as well as the U.S.

Long live the great old 20th century quality in electrical & lighting products!
