Nice! Interestingly enough, one of my slimline ballasts started up like this once.

Power provider: Southern California Edison (SCE)

-Date decoder of some US lamps 1960-present.
-Switch and receptacle collector.
-I'll save any vintage lamp! Smiley

It is pretty neat. Unfortunately I only have 3 ballasts of this type that are 0.9a for single lamp RS , I need one more like that so i can wire them as preheat in both fixtures. A small can modern ballast is only like 0.4a and would be too dim
