Another Union Metal pole. Caltrans used these from around 1965-1970. Looks good!

Unfortunately no. I want the whole entire standard as it seems to have a close bond with it’s GE form 109. I unfortunately don’t have any space for the whole setup so it’s probably going to stay there for the time being.
