My Osram HQI-TS 70W/WDL Excellence, have this afterglow as well. Some MH lamps operating at higher wall temperatures than others. This is true also for HPS lamps.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.
