Here's a close up of the etch on a modern Philips T10 lamp I purchased for a reading lamp at my grandparents' house. I think this Philips lamp could have been built on Westinghouse tooling, hence the big "W" This seems like a decently made bulb with appropriate filament supports and nice light quality.
