Radium Red lamp "Behördeneigentum"

Here you can see a vintage German made lamp from the 1940s (WW||) era. The lamp is made out of natural red glass and has a brass base. It hase a single coiled filament that is support in round shape.

On the etch of the lamp is echoed with Hydrofluid Acid "Behördeneigentum" Which means as much as authorities or govermental property.

The lamp was made by Radium in the Wipperfürth plant.

Very nice yes just translated government property then see you had done that on the comments, glad I got it right from my English German dictionary, is the etch on the side or normal place, should look good when alight thanks for showing Alex.

Interested in the history of electric lighting and incandescent in particular and neon glow lamps.
