Here you can see 3 different very small and old Christmas Three candles. Thes would be made almost a century ago by a very small manufacturer called Langbein in Thüringen in Cursdorf in Germany. These lamps wer for an old series operated set with 9 lamps Running on 120V or a 16 Lamps set on 220V. After and during WWII in this plant especially made bicycle lamps and small torch bulbs. After the War the were first part of RFT later from Narva. The equipment was brought then to Oberweissbach, the Narva Fatory for miniature bulbs.

Hi Alex you certainly know your subject especially on the old DDR lamp makers. Makes interesting reading have you ever thought of writing a book or would that be something for the future....well done!

Interested in the history of electric lighting and incandescent in particular and neon glow lamps.
