Paulmann LED Ice Filament

Paulmann LED Ice Filament

For long time the small German lamp manufacturer Paulmann made lamps in the decorative halogen and Incandescent range. Therefore also many ice typ incandescent lamps in various candle and glob shapes, colors and designs. Now the are due to the incandescent light bulb ban and decreasing ask for there decorative lamps switch to LED. These LEDs are like the incandescent lamps by that brant quite pricy, the model shown here cost around 20€ (22.26 USD, 13.1.2020), the incandescent lamp costed around 2009 8-9€ (c.10 USD). They now make a quite wide range of retro type filaments and an oleos quite unique range of colored LEDS with interesting inner construction using SMD Leds. Also the are one of the few European brands providing a wide range of grow and blacklight led bulbs. Also the still have their typical halogen reflector lamps as LED retrofit (Hexa and square shaped).

This lamp also is finally an equivalent to the incandescent lamp I so much like.

It's nice, it's probably well made and will probably perform for years.
On the other hand €20 is too much for a little lamp like this.

How does that "ice" finish look while lit on the wall?

Very nice, I upload a picture of it.
The price is okay if it lasts the 15000hrs then it would be cheaper then the incandescent version (1000hrs for 8€)
