This is a new plug from Punto Luce in Italy. It shows the insulating sleeves required by actual regulations. It is nearly brand new. There are different colours and matching switches (if my memory serves me).

I have one like yours too, but the distence between the two poles is incorrect.
It doesn't fit in a Dutch outlet.
I have also antique plugs from this material but some are deformed over the years.

Maybe the plug is meant for the italian 15/16 Amp Socket (220/forza). The holes are farther apart.
