I have two working pairs of these and two dead ones... Very bright tubes but the eight footers seem to outshine these guys pretty good... Hope to drag home more grooves eventually. Awesome lamps.

I love looking at these tubes from the end down... Reminds me of some sort of strange alien structures...

When we're these manufactured? There was some confusion between 1974 and 1964 in one of the other photos comment sections..

Here's the chart for the fluorescent lamps made from 1970-1994 (not including T-5s). It doesn't have the pre-1970 system though.
