From my experience with the slow run-up of 70W SON lamps, compared to >100W SON lamps. I bet that this lamp runs up even slower than the 70W SON lamps, because of its low wattage.
I think an electronic HID ballast for 35W CMH lamps would gives this lamp better run-up, lumens and life.
You can see here how a 70W SON-T lamp run-up slower than the 150W SON-T lamp.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.
