Definitely looks like a GE 101SA arm...but the fixture looks to be Westinghouse RMA, with an ITT/American-Electric optical assembly.

Ok thanks I fixed it now.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.
