On pages 22 and 23 are data of their cold cathode ballasts — could that be for Cutler Mirac-O-Lite? This catalog designates 93" lamps, nominal lamp power 38 W (at 150 mA) and 50 W (at 200 mA).
According to Lindquist Electric, Inc.'s eBay description from a few months ago: 'Measurements are: Inside U-bend 4 1/2'', Outside U-bend 7'', and they are 46'' long. Measurements are MOL.'. Using Lindquist Electric's measured dimensions, I estimate lamp length is ninety-five inches (95").
Miles' Mirac-O-Lite fixture contains Advance SM-2E40-S-TP ballast for Slimline lamps. (Nominal arc current of those lamps is 425 mA.)
