I actually have one of those 620w lamps! Broken filament, but if you turn it on in a certain position, it would work.

Current: US 120v 60hz
Power provider: Southern California Edison (SCE)

-Date decoder of some US lamps 1960-present.

Does your lamp have a 2 piece base ? Mine have the mogul prefocus part soldered over another brass part. I,m curious to know what one would find by unsoldering and removing the prefocus part.

A standard mogul base perhaps?
