Nice! Do you plan to use any of them?

Good quality things are awesome. Cheaply made things are not.

Collector of lights and anything else that interests me as long as I have space for that particular thing!

Very nice! Paintballer22 really came through for me too with a 1980s spotlight fixture and 2 Sylvania pink R20 bulbs that I wasn't expecting! He's cool!

Thank you! Some will be used in my future house. I may install one of the hospital grade receptacles on my workbench.

Thank you! I especially love the Bryant Tech Spec 3 position switch because I remember seeing them in elementary school and Arrow Hart versions in my church. I remember myself trying to imitate them by putting a normal residential grade switch in the middle, which always annoyed my parents for some reason.

That's funny I used to try doing the same thing to the switches in my house when I was a kid. I really like the brown H&H "super quiette" single pole switch. That one has got to be seriously rare! I always like to see Bryant devices. The last time I installed them was around 1997, when Home Depot sold Bryant switches and outlets for a very brief time.

Cool! Where did you remember seeing the 3 position switches? Did you have snap switches in your house as a kid?

The house was built in 1978, and all of the original devices were Leviton. All of the switches were the quiet type and all of the devices were ivory. Honestly I've never once seen the 3 position switches. For some reason as a kid I just liked trying to put them in the middle position. The switches and the outlets were all residential grade but at least back then they were better quality than today's residential grade.

Definitely agreed that old residential grade was better quality! Seeing the old 3 position switches in my church and elementary school actually sparked my lighting interest! Also, my switch interest was sparked by the GE snap switches in my grandparents' house.

How old are those GE snap switches?

They are from 1970 when the house was built. By the time I came along, there were only 4 GEs and 1 Leviton left. Last year in August, I removed one of them because it did nothing. I saved it and installed it in my bedroom.

Very nice switches!

I like all kinds of lighting and electrical, except for LED, which I classify as a disease.
