Oh yeah! This one's easy QO. The best in the trade. I see the 60 amp that you mentioned. The GFCI below it is in the tripped position? I imagine that the main breaker is 200 amps? I don't see it here so it's next to the meter.

This is an old picture. The GFCI has long since been reset. I'm not sure, but I think the main breaker is 200 amps and is right above the top of the image.

I noticed there is a breaker for a pool light. That's cool! I like the bulbs for those fixtures.

It could be a split bus panel also. I have seen those with the upper 6 pairs to main and the others below controlled by the 60A. The maximum 6 disconnect rule.
