Modern looking fluorescent fittings

Modern looking fluorescent fittings

Well... Good news is that I arrived to Spain in one piece! Bad news is that I can't stay at my relatives' place so my lighting collection is still there (I will see about transporting it soon)! I'm also missing their cooking! So I'm at a restaurant today where I spotted these rather cool fittings, that appear to have 2 T8 (Edit: they are T5) tubes in each section (and some are mercury starved). This place was built about 10 years ago. Sorry they appear so dark on my phone camera.

They're a designer fixture made and sold by Artemide, excellent company. Fixture name is Mouette, meaning seagull in French. I bought two a while ago in a second hand store in California, they are very expensive new.

Very well built and they have a programmed preheat start electronic ballast. They run T5 tubes, not T8 They also make an LED version now.
