What lamp does this power?

Don't be fooLED, T8 IS the worst thing to do to a magnetic T12 fixture.

Sorry I didn't understand question. This power supply exclusively for 2W lamps.
I have two 2W lamps -- A2/DC and C2/T. Both lamps were powered up and worked.

How it is possible to create a concentrated arc of 2W only?

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

I think, because of arc gap size is very small, tungsten or zirconium rod is thin -- the arc size is small although it's arc discharge indeed, with thermionic emission from high temperature electrodes.

Hm-m. I already posted these lamps -- C2/T, A2 and many other C.A. lamps. See the chapter Special lamps in my gallery.
