F85T10 Rectified Fluorescent or F100T17

F85T10 Rectified Fluorescent or F100T17

This shot is from a short promotional film for DDT, called “Doomsday for Pests” from 1946. This is only on screen for a few seconds when they show the laboratory, but you can see what appears to be either a rectified fluorescent or a T17. Judging by the size of the ballast compartment, I think it is a rectified fluorescent, but I want to know what you think this is.

Movie prop stuff can be so misleading- If those are single
Bulb fixtures I’m definitely leaning toward RF equipment
Due to the size of that ballast would make Since,

I’m ruling out a single bulb T-17 Industrial fixture because a single bulb T-17 Industrial would be extremely rare ,if not impossible to locate even for that set back in the day - But If this was after the war , Then
All that equipment weather it be RF or T-17 was plentiful,
