I remember the Philips ads for their Argenta. Many years ago now.

In the U.S it's the other way around, soft white was the most popular.

I lit it up for the first time today but was a bit disappointed.
They seemed to be a bit mean with the internal coating as you can make out the filament.

I remember the original Philips Argenta. The entire glass envelope glowed evenly. They were a really superb lamp.
