Thorn 8w mini batten in a cabinet

Thorn 8w mini batten in a cabinet

Click to view full size image

Thorn 8w mini batten illuminating my miniatures collection.
6 of the miniatures have been placed on top of the diffuser.
I call it a mini batten as I can't remember what was on the carton as this was bought in 1980.
The tube is an Osram L8W/25 weiss-universal-white made in Italy, replacing the original EOL Thorn 3500k.
Update 25 June 2015: Tube replaced with a BELL brand 3500k.

I don't collect anything else.
I also stopped collecting miniatures once the cabinet became full. I had all the ones I wanted, the important ones with the coloured liqueurs/cordials so that the light can shine through them.

A beautifully arranged, colourful display- nice!

We do not have to agree on anything to be kind to one another. The ability to be civil is available to everyone on earth, for free.
