Philips Blacklight T12

Philips Blacklight T12

Click to view full size image

Found this one few days ago on Internet and like the dark end caps with it so buy it for €5.00
It does have kathode shield and it looks like it not much used. No dark spots on the ends.
Someone told me it's from March '63. He can read the old Philips code he said, that's cool.

What a coincedence.

This afternoon I just look in an old Philps catalog with blacklight lamps.
It is from october 1960 as far as I can find out.
Her a link to it: http://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album=3642&pos=4&pid=106753
It is only the cover but I wil scan the complete catalog.

Monkeyface,

I don't know, but I have some catalogs, and will see if there is something about your subject.
If so I will make copies.

@TL buis Ah damn, that's a shame and specially painfull if somebody else break it. . Wednesday I can get a few more of these with dark end-caps. Don't know how many but I take a look then.
Haha yeah, you know what I mean, in the past I've had a Philips without cathode guard with nice 'burning rings' but I've broke it also.
