Does anybody know what model this is, years of mfg.? I know they came in both MV and HPS (or an MV was converted to HPS).

I'd love to help but since I'm English I can't help you with that as in England I've never seen this sort of lantern

I will give LEDisease a taste of my shoe

We have those all over the place here without the curls. The older neighborhoods had MV but all were converted over to HPS back in the 80s and early 90s. Will be upgraded to LED in the coming 5 years according to Excel Energy. Not sure yet if they will keep the fixtures or go with something else. I hope they keep them.

The more you hate the LED movement, the stronger it becomes.

Dead ringer for the circa 1985 GE PM 116 but it isn't shown to have the PE control option. Hmmmm
