Haha good one there you don't see lamp companies offering cutlery or any offers like that these days

A uni student in the early 70s would be collecting these Mazda netabulbs for his cutlery as part of his acoomandation needs

Interesting side sales at these packages.

It was in 1977 when I got myself the LCD calculator that I only pad USD $6.95 along with three packages of UPC bar code from Pop Tart boxes via mail when they were selling back then. I still have the said calculator to day

Side sales seemed to be a common thing but not these days, I remember seeing an old advert for Mazda lamps & it said "we're giving you money for Mazda lamps".
