Classic Americana. The bulbs were made by Duro-Test, although I've seen some made by Marvel also. Vornado bulbs were sold in various stores including Two Guys, a former department store chain.

According to Wikipedia, the Vornado name came from a small appliance manufacturer Two Guys purchased in 1959.

Preheat and T-12 fluorescents forever! Down with LED's and instant start T-8 fluorescents.
