I'd say '80s or older. I'm sure it gets very little use, hence well preserved. It might never need to be changed LOL.

The camera creates a rather ominous look btw look like it would suit a Harry Potter scene

Don't worry about your camera. Sometimes it automatically adjust the colour temperature. I have snapped a few like that posted at Philip EcoClassic Dimmable 70 Watts White Coated Edison Screw that is designed to run on 240 Volts on 120 Volts, 60 Hz mains
