This is the first time that i saw a clear mercury lamp in Israel.
Clear mercury lamps considered extinct in Israel.
Probably it reached accidently when Office Depot ordered american CWA probestart MH lamps.

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly.  Gotta  love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.

That's not mercury vapor lamp, that's a super greened-out metal halide lamp!

The arc tube looks too short to be MV to me, looks more like a MH that's wildly colour shifted due to age.

Traffic signals & street lighting engineer. Please bring SOX/LPS back Downunder!!

This is a true clear mercury lamp. The lamp wasn't so green as in this picture, but it was greenish as the color of the mercury arctube.
The lamp spectrum displayed only the mercury lines and not more, and there were no heat reflective coating at each end of the arctube.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

hmmmmmmmmm. this looks like a MH lamp..... the ends of the arc tube are pinched quite different than a USA made Mercury Vapor lamp.. and ED-37 lamp... maybe a CHINKA garbage lamp? hard to tell but nice pic......

Probably a chinese clear MV lamps with the same arctube length as an 400W MH lamp, or a chinese probestart MH without the halide dosing and heat reflective coating.
The spectrum shows only the mercury lines and nothing more.
