In places like Penom Penh, the road rules are generally.. "The bigger your vehicle, the more rights yo have!" (and the louder your horn!) Because of lack of road rules, or adherence to road rules, or both, traffic is so chaotic, without these countdowns, the locals become so impatient, the simply start jumping the red light, particularly if the traffic in the perpendicular street is light or slow moving!

Manufactured articles should be made to be used, not made to be sold!

Fee, Fye, Fow, Fum, A dead man's eye and a parrot's BUM!
