I found this fixture among a several others which were knocked over by straight-line winds during a tornado a little over a year ago. I have partially restored it, and fitted a new ballast and lamp holder. The only thing which is missing is the glass door. The lamp shown is an Iwasaki MT400-BH metal-halide lamp.
